It may have few Potassium Trimetaphosphate of circularity structure and Tetrapotassium Pyrophosphate of circularity structure. It is white or colorless crystal or piece, sometimes, white fiber or powder. It’s odourless, slowly soluble in water. Its solubility is according with the polymeric of the salt, usually 0.004%. Its water solution is alkaline. It’s soluble in enthanol. 6、Usage: It is used as a fatter emulsifier, enhance water holding capacity, water soften agent, chelating agent and texture modifier which is mainly used in seafood flavors. 7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg. 8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse, kept away from moisture and heat during transport; unloaded with care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
